Who is there behind Food Forn Hub?

My mission

My mission is to make the world aware of traditions, food and beautiful culture of North of Italy.
As in basically all italian families my grandmother was an exceptional chef and when I was a child I spent so much time in watching her preparing delicious dishes for the whole family.
Here I’ll share with you all what I’ve learned from her, for me a so precious knowledge regarding my hometown, a little village between Mantova and Verona.

Life experiences

In my life I got the pleasure to live in 3 different and beautiful reagions in the North of Italy and as a real italian girl (speaking about food also while eating) I tried to catch the essence of food traditions of each of these ones, but always keeping in mind the origins handed down by grandmothers.

Traditions: as said, for me it’s really important and it’s always interesting to know first the origin of a particular dish
